Is it possible to convert a user account to a functional account?

To convert a User account to a Functional account:

1. Go to Users & Groups
2. From the 'Select' drop-down choose the 'Mass Update' option
3. Check the box to the left of the User accounts you wish to convert to Functional accounts
4. From the Role option select 'Functional Account' in the drop-down menu
5. Click on Update Users
