Office 365 ATP Safe Links Proxy Block

Issue

User is receiving a Microsoft Safe Links error when a user clicks on a phishing link

This website is classified as malicious.



This link was clicked from a phishing site.
 

Solution

To fix this issue, you will need to add the Phishing domain to a do not write list in Office 365 ATP.

When adding domains, please make sure to NOT include a dot "." before the domain.

For example, add a domain as follows:
*k-trafficxmj.co/*

Do NOT add a domain like this:
*.k-trafficxmj.co/*
