We continue to investigate portal access to VIPRE Integrated Email Security (IES) that is affecting some customers.
Mail processing and email scanning is unaffected.
Our engineering team in collaboration with our System Operations team, are actively investigating the cause to portal access with a high priority email delivery delays with high priority.
