How do I add an image to a phishing campaign template?

Answer

Proofpoint allows you to add images/logos to your Phishing campaigns. To do so, please follow the directions below.

1. Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform
   • The Security Awareness console opens.
2. Navigate to Phishing > New Campaign
3. Select the type of campaign you want to create
4. Choose the template you wish you use
5. In the Selected Templates box, select the pencil icon to edit the template
6. Click on Message
7. Select image button in the editor

1. Click the Upload tab on the Image Properties pop-up window
2. Select Choose File to choose an image from your computer.
3. Click Send to Server
4. You will be taken back to the Image Info tab. You can click OK if you're satisfied, otherwise, you can choose to change the width, height, and alignment.
