What triggers a Phishing Campaign to auto-enroll a user into Training?

Answer

Auto-enrollment is triggered by using the same logic that determines if the user has failed the campaign, making Auto-Enrollment training assignments consistent with campaign reporting.

• In Drive By campaigns, users are auto-enrolled in the training assignment when there is a click event. 
• In Attachment campaigns, users are auto-enrolled in the training assignment when there is an attachment open event.
• In Data Entry campaigns, users are auto-enrolled in the training assignment when there is a compromised event. Click events are not considered a failure and will not auto-enroll users into Training.
  • You can now select a new User Enrollment Condition - Clicking the link in the email for Data Entry Campaigns
  • Auto-enrollment will be triggered as soon as the user clicks the link in their Phishing email before they enter any data
  • Entering credentials in the webpage remains the default auto-enrollment option

Note:  The auto-enrollment assignment is created immediately when the campaign is created.  The total number of users will show as zero(0) until someone fails the campaign.
