[Zix] What causes the blue banner on encrypted emails?

When an email is encrypted by the ZixGateway, a blue banner with the text "This message was sent securely using ZixCorp." is added to the top of the message. This banner informs the recipient that their message was transmitted securely. This header is added when at least one of your encryption policies is triggered.
