Request For Information (RFI) explained

Our Connect process moves at your pace and incorporates the best practices we've learned over the years. This is the first of several email notifications that will provide setup instructions and knowledge base links to assist you.
We need some specific information to start the process of connecting your email infrastructure. This is called an "RFI" (Request for Information).
If you have any questions about what to provide on this form, please respond to this email. Likewise, if you have chosen to delay your implementation please tell us when you plan to start and we will stop any further email reminders from being sent until then.
