We’re Moving to Zendesk on May 19

We’re excited to let you know that we’re moving our support platform from Kayako to Zendesk on May 19.

Starting on that date, you’ll be able to access our new support help center here:
excelmicro.zendesk.com/hc

What this means for you
Your support experience will continue as usual and we'll be migrating your current requests. You'll be able to use the new help center to:

  • Submit new requests
  • Search and review help articles
  • View and manage your existing tickets

How to submit a ticket
If you need help, you can submit a ticket through the web form:

  1. Go to excelmicro.zendesk.com
  2. Sign-in first for the best experience!
  3. Click Submit a request
  4. Choose a request type then include all relevant details
  5. Click Submit

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can follow updates from our support team.

How to manage your existing tickets
If you already have open or past support requests:

  1. Sign in to excelmicro.zendesk.com/hc
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner
  3. Select Requests
  4. View your submitted requests and their current status
  5. Open any request to:
    1. Read updates from support
    2. Add a comment
    3. Upload additional files
    4. Follow the progress of your ticket

How to sign in and reset your password
If this is your first time using the new help center, or if you need to reset your password:
To sign in

  1. Go to excelmicro.zendesk.com/hc
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Choose your sign in method
  4. Follow any prompts to log in or verify your account

To reset your password

  1. Go to excelmicro.zendesk.com/hc
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Select "Request password"
  4. Enter the email address associated with your support account
  5. Check your email for a password reset link
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
  7. If you don’t receive the password reset email, please check your spam or junk folder.
