IP authentication is used by default for relay outbound.

You can control which IP addresses are allowed to route mail through us. Please follow these steps:

  1. Login to the VIPRE Email Security Portal
  2. Click Service settings and go to Outbound Relay
  3. Under IP addresses, click the '+' button at the top right corner
  4. Enter the IP address you want to add and press Save
