This can be down to a number of factors, please check the items below and if the connection is still not successful log a support ticket and an archive engineer will assist.
- Firewall issue. Make sure your firewall is setup to accept connections on ports 143 and 993 from the following IP Addresses:
- 34.192.199.2
- 52.54.85.198
- 52.55.243.18
- 35.158.81.74
- 18.195.34.45
- 35.158.59.63
- Check the IMAP service on the exchange server is running
