When a service provider end-of-lifes and/or no longer offers mainstream support on a product, Sonian/Barracuda in turn does not do additional development work specific to that product.
AsSonian/Barracuda develops modern technology integrations, we typically plan and build for the current version and one version prior (provided it is not deprecated) as well as known future versions of the products we are integrating with.
Mainstream support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 ended on October 13th, 2015. Accordingly, Sonian/Barracuda’s recently released Microsoft single sign-on and O365/Office integrations are not compatible with Exchange/Outlook 2010. Any backwards compatibility is purely coincidental and cannot be troubleshot by Sonian/Barracuda.
We recommend our partners use this information to help them in their push to migrate their own customers from outdated, unsupported software to newer, supported software.
