The archive system come with two pre-defined tags to make supervision and review of your archived content easier and more efficient. The two options available are "Needs review" and "Reviewed."
Tags, unlike holds, are specific to saved searches, meaning that an item tagged as "Needs review" in one search will not be have that same tag when viewed in another. "Needs review" and "Reviewed" tags are intended to be contextual to the specific criteria of a saved search.
The "Needs review" tag can also be added to all results in a saved search with the touch of a button. Selecting the 'Review' tag on the top of the search result table will apply the 'Needs review' tag to all the assets within the current View; meaning that if a filter is applied to the view, only the currently filtered assets will have the tag applied.
