Affected users may be unable to release older mail from quarantine or previous digests, these users should also verify that they have the expected role and privileges for their account. |
Recommended Actions
Please have one of the Admins (once re-established) go into the Log Search and release the specific email from the quarantine. OR
Log a ticket with Excel Micro support and provide details on the impacted user and what message(s) they would specifically want released from quarantine.
