ZixGateway Email Encryption has been fully decommissioned. If you did not complete the upgrade of your account, you are unable to send outbound email.
To restore immediate mail flow, please disable your existing Smart host ASAP, allowing mail to flow through DNS. Example of old Smart host to remove (ZixC6.strongport.com, ZixC7.strongport.com, etc.).·
IMPORTANT NOTE: This will restore outbound mail flow but WILL NOT restore encryption.
After you restore your outbound email, contact your Account Manager to get your login credentials to your new Zix Secure Cloud Email Encryption account, sales@excelmicro.com.
