Zix ETP - Improvements to User Creation

Beginning September 28, 2023, customers will now have the ability to create users on any domain on their account (previously this was only allowed on the primary domain) without having those users also assigned to other domains. Additionally and at this same time, any new Secure Cloud users created or added will no longer automatically have an alias created for any secondary domain(s) on their account. Aliases are still supported but it will no longer be assumed that a user has an alias at every domain on the account.
