Proofpoint Maintenance: Email Encryption - Jan 20, 2024

Please be advised that on Saturday, January 20th, 2024, Proofpoint will be performing maintenance on the Email Encryption service. This work will be carried out between the hours of 05:00 and 07:00 UTC.

During this time requests to generate new encrypted emails may not be accepted and users will receive an email notification of a failure to deliver the email. They can resend the email once the maintenance has completed.

In addition, external encrypted email recipients will be unable to access encrypted emails. Once the maintenance has completed, access will be fully restored.
