We have several security and infrastructure updates to the Security Education Platform to perform. There are no features being release during this outage, only required upgrades that are needed to ensure security and continued operation of he platform. 

What to Expect

Training Platform Access

• Admins accessing the platform will be presented with a maintenance window splash page.
• Users in the middle of a training module when the maintenance window begins will lose their progress as the versions of the modules will be upgraded.
• Users accessing Training Assignment using ticket based authentication will be presented with a maintenance window splash page when clicking on the link.

Phishing Simulation

• Clicks are recorded and Teachable Moments are displayed during a maintenance window in active Phishing Campaigns.

PhishAlarm

• PhishAlarm for Outlook (installed client) will queue up and report back when platform comes back online.
• PhishAlarm for Exchange will not queue up or report phish.
