Proofpoint Essentials: End of Support for v0 API Endpoints

The v0 API endpoints will no longer be supported as of June 11, 2025.

Customers and partners currently using v0 API endpoints must migrate to the latest API version, v1, to ensure continued functionality and access to new features.

After the end-of-support date, v0 endpoints will be fully deprecated and no longer available, which may cause disruptions to existing integrations.

How to Check if You Are Using v0 API Endpoints

You can verify your API version by inspecting your endpoint URL:

• v0 (deprecated): https://us1.proofpointessentials.com/api/orgs/mycompany.com
• v1 (latest version): https://us1.proofpointessentials.com/api/v1/orgs/mycompany.com

If your API URL does not include /v1/, you will need to upgrade to avoid service disruptions.
