Bulk email filtering is a part of the filter settings in VIPRE Email Security portal, which also means that you can choose which users should use the function.

To activate Bulk email filtering for the entire organisation:

  1. Login to the Portal.
  2. Navigate to Service Settings then Filtering
  3. Check the box 'Enable Bulk email filtering
  4. Click Save

 

To activate Bulk email filtering on for just individual user

  1. Navigate to Service Settings then Filtering
  2. Check the box 'Allow user level spam filtering settings' and press Save
  3. Navigate to Users and then Users sub option in the menu to the left
  4. Find the user you are after using the search boxes at the top
  5. Click the Edit option on the right of the list
  6. Go to the Filtering tab and check the Bulk email filter
  7. Click Save
