On January 22, 2025 at 20:17 UTC Proofpoint began experiencing a production service Interruption impacting sending email to Microsoft 365.

Customers may experience DSN=4 deferrals when routing emails to Microsoft 365 tenants. Emails may be delayed. No email messages are lost.

Almost all data has been restored to the TAP Dashboard at this time. All real time scanning and services remain fully operational.

Proofpoint cross-functional teams will continue to monitor. No further updates are scheduled at this time.

A large part of our data backlog has cleared. Proofpoint cross-functional teams are continuing to work on ensuring replication is pushing this data directly into the TAP Dashboard. All real time scanning and services remain fully operational.

Customer-facing services like TAP Dashboard, Threat Response and TAP SIEM remain operational, and live data is currently being processed without delay.
