[Stable] Proofpoint Essentials - US4 Customers experiencing some services disruption - January 23rd

Services Impacted We are actively investigating an issue affecting certain services on US4.

Mail flow and the UI/API remain fully operational; however, new encrypted messages, new email digest, message release from quarantine, and Email Log updates are currently unavailable.

Our team is diligently working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

UPDATE:

15:45 UTC: All Services are now fully restored. Our teams continue to monitor this.
