How do I download details on every event that has occurred in the campaign?

Answer

The Event Log will display user actions on a Phishing campaign. If you would like to download the event log for a campaign you can do so by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Phishing > Active Campaigns
2. Under All Email Campaign History, click on the title of the campaign you wish to download  
3. Choose Campaign Actions > Export Campaign Events To CSV from the drop-down menu
4. You will receive a pop up that shows the exporting of campaign events once it completes
5. Select Click here to download your file
6. Click Close
