Question
We ran a phishing campaign and usually see bounces but this time we do not. Why are we not showing any bounced emails in the Campaign Details table?
Answer
If you are using one of your organization's domains in the sender Email Address of the phishing campaign, the report will not include the bounces because the bounce is sent back to your organization and not Proofpoint. If you use one of the Phishing domains the bounces are emailed back to the sender address. If this is a Phishing domain then it is received by the phishing listener where they are processed and added to the report.
Below is a screenshot of the template editor where you can select the Email Address of the Sender.
