Scenario:
You recently performed a search on the View Archive service which showed 20 items.
You have requested to export the results to your chosen format.
Upon reviewing the downloaded export there are 19 items instead of 20!
The most likely reason is a duplicate email in the archive. When Sonian performs an export, if the unique message ID and MD5 hash match, we will only include a single instance of the message in the export request.
