After entering login credentials on US1, page either loops back to login or displays error that the page is unreachable.

Users who are accessing other stacks can access those directly by naming the specific stack in questions i.e. 'https://us3.proofpointessentials.com/'; or "https://us5.proofpointessentials.com/"" etc.
