What to Expect:

• Minimal Disruptions: Users may experience a brief service interruption that could temporarily log them out.
• No Impact on Key Features: Mail flow, Interface functionality, and API access will remain fully operational.

Action Required for AD User Sync Customers

If you use Active Directory (AD) user synchronization, please update your configuration to include the new IP address range: 208.56.1.0/25. This update is required to enable the "Search Now" feature, as AD syncs initiated through the user interface will not function without it. Scheduled AD user syncs will continue working for now but will also require the new IP range before the end-of-life date. Ensure your configuration is updated by July 31, 2025, to avoid any disruptions.
