We have fully resolved the issue affecting access to the Email Security Portal through changes implemented on our side. Users should now be able to access the portal without interruption.
This issue was related to a third-party element, but we were able to restore full functionality independently while the third party continues to address the root cause on their end.
Mail flow, policy enforcement, and all core security services remained unaffected throughout.

We are currently investigating reports of intermittent access issues affecting a small subset of users attempting to load the Email Security Portal. The issue stems from a third-party element that is occasionally failing to load as expected, which may prevent the portal from displaying correctly.
