Issue

We are aware of an issue affecting login for some user to our VIPRE Email Security Portal that is affecting a subset of users and Admins being able to login.

We are currently investigating the issue and working to a resolution, and will provide further updates.

We are now aware of delivery delays to emails following this incident, along with issues loading Link Isolation links, as part of the issues logging into the VIPRE Email Security Portal.

Emails are being accepted into VIPRE and are being processed for delivery, but some users may experience a delivery delay.

Our Engineering Teams are investigating and working to a resolution as soon as possible, and we will continue with further updates.
