We have resolved the issue relating to some emails in Sandbox taking longer than normal to process through scanning. Sandbox email processing has returned to normal, and we will continue to monitor in the background.
General mail flow, policy enforcement, and all core security services remained unaffected throughout.

We are seeing some reports of messages within the Sandbox taking longer than normal to deliver. We are actively investigating on this issue to address the cause and resolve.
We have opened a maintenance window while doing so.
Please note that mail rules, policies, and general mail flow are not affected by this issue. Thank you for your patience while we investigate.
