Resolved: The connectivity issues affecting helpdesk.vipre.com and our ticketing system have been resolved following the fix implemented by Cloudflare.
Our Support Team has resumed normal operations. All VIPRE products and services continue to function normally.

Current Status: We are actively monitoring an ongoing upstream issue with Cloudflare that is directly impacting our support infrastructure.
What is happening:
Access to our support portal at helpdesk.vipre.com is currently degraded or unavailable.
Our internal ticketing system is impacted, meaning responses and updates from the VIPRE Support Team will be delayed.
What is NOT affected: Please be aware that VIPRE products and services remain unaffected and are fully operational. This issue is isolated to our third-party support platform tools.
We are monitoring the vendor’s progress closely and will provide further updates as the situation progresses.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our third-party ticketing provider (Zendesk). As a result, our Support Team is experiencing delays in receiving and responding to new tickets.
Please rest assured that no data has been lost, but our response times will be slower than usual. We are in active communication with the vendor to expedite a resolution and will provide an update as soon as normal service resumes.
