We have implemented a fix to address the issue affecting policy and Allow/Deny entry updates for a small subset of users. Affected customers should now see their changes taking effect immediately.

We will continue to closely monitor the system over the next hour to ensure full stability.

We have located the source issue affecting the creation and enforcement of new Policies and Allow/Deny entries etc. This issue is still isolated to a small subset of users and does not affect the majority of our customers. Those affected may see delays in changes taking effect. We are still working on the issue and will provide updates as it progresses.
