I want to see how the phishing email will look before I send it out to my users.  How can I send myself a test email?

Answer

To send yourself a test email follow the steps below:

1. Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform.
   • The Security Awareness console opens
2. Navigate to Phishing 
3. Select New Campaign
4. Select the Campaign you would like to create 
   • Drive By Campaign
   • Data Entry Campaign
   • Classic Attachment Campaign
   • Attachment Campaign
5. From Campaign Details,  choose Add to select Template(s)
6. To send yourself a test email, click on the envelope next to the correct Template

Note: The Send Test Email option is only available in when the campaign is in DRAFT status. Once it has been created, you can no longer send a test email.

1. You will then receive a pop-up notifying you that a test email has been sent to your designated email address.
2. Click Close

Test emails expire after 5 minutes
