Proofpoint: Scheduled Phishing Campaign in Pending Status Shows No Assigned Users

Question

I have a scheduled campaign in Pending status. Why does the list of assigned users show as (0)?

Answer

If you have a phishing campaign scheduled with a deferred start date, the campaign status will be in Pending until it starts.  The list of assigned users on the campaign summary screen will show as (0) until the emails start sending.

To verify the number of users in the campaign:

  1. Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform
  2. Navigate to Phishing
  3. Click on pencil icon next to the appropriate campaign
  4. Scroll to Sending Summary to see how many emails are scheduled to send
