If you are in a corporate networking environment, the confirmation email may be blocked or quarantined by your mail server’s anti-spam software. Please check your quarantine server or work with your local email administrator. The confirmation email may have also been delivered to your “Junk” folder.
Yahoo users can follow these instructions to prevent Secure Message Center notices from being delivered to their Spam folder.
If the confirmation email is not in your Junk folder, it’s possible you may have Outlook configured to automatically delete ‘junk’ emails.
Please review the following to see if your Outlook is configured to automatically delete these emails:
Outlook 2007:
Go to ‘Tools’ > ‘Options.. ‘
On the Preferences tab, press the “Junk Email” button.
On the Junk Email ‘Options’ tab, ensure ‘Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of moving it to the Junk E-mail folder’ is unchecked
Outlook 2010-2016:
On the Home tab, locate the Delete group.
Click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
On the Options tab, unselect the Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of moving it to the Junk E-mail folder check box.
NOTE: When suspected junk messages are deleted, unlike other messages, they are not moved into the Deleted Items folder. However, you may be able to recover the deleted email by following these instructions.
If you still can’t find the confirmation email, contact your IT department and have them white list the IP address (typically smtpout.zixmail.net) for your inbound mail. Please wait at least 30 minutes and then follow the instructions for changing your password.
