How do I replay emails

1. Login to the VIPRE Email Security portal.

2. Go to Message Logs.

3. Enter a search value e.g. a recipient in the to field. (Or any other search parameter)

5. Click Search.

6. Now you can see all emails with the chosen criteria. Click anywhere on the row for the email to see the content (if clean preview is enabled).

7. Click on the checkbox in the far left to select it, and click on Deliver.

8. In the window that appears, click on OK to deliver the email to the original recipient. To deliver it to another recipient, enter an address in the Recipient text field (permissions required to deliver to a different address), and click on OK.

9. Done!
