[Resolved] - ALERT - VIPRE Email Security - Possible Delays

ISSUE: We are aware of an issue impacting VIPRE Email Security causing mail delays. We have been in constant communication with the VIPRE Operations Team who are actively working to resolve the issue. Messages will be delivered, but please expect delays until everything is fully resolved. Issues with the Email Security management console have all now been fully resolved.

Issues with the Email Security management console:

The root cause of the issue has been resolved, and we are continuing to monitor the performance very closely.

We are seeing delays to configuration updates taking place, Such as newly added domains, changes to advance polices as well as message log visibility. Our team are actively working to reduce this delay.

The Issue impacting email delivery resulting in a delay to some mails has now been resolved and Emails are now processing at normal delivery speeds.

Issues accessing the Email Security management console, including viewing message logs and dashboards:

This issue itself is now resolved, and we continue to monitor performance very closely, we are seeing some delays to configuration updates taking place and Message logs status updates.

The customer who where seeing mails delay these have now be return to normal levels.

The issue impacting email delivery resulting in a delay to inbound/outbound messaging has drastically subsided. We’ll continue to monitor the change over the next few hours.

VIPRE Engineers have detected an issue impacting a subset of customers, where inbound/outbound mail flow is delayed. We’ve isolated the issue to a particular node and are actively investigating.

Messages will not be lost during this impact.
