The issue impacting loading and searching message logs has now been resolved, and the delivery status of mail is in the process of catching up to reflect their status.
again we would like to assure you that there was no impact on the Scanning of mail or it’s delivery.

We are currently investigating an issue where message logs are failing to load for some customers.
We would like to assure you this issue does not impact policy enforcement, spam scanning or Email delivery
