We are continuing to investigate the cause of some messages not being able to be released from Spam Quarantine.
Emails are being processed as normal and filtering is applied as normal. There is no impact to delivery of clean messages.
Our teams are actively working to identify a resolution and we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
