We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to a new billing system and customer payment portal. This new Ziff Davis / Oracle system will provide you with several benefits, including:
* A more intuitive portal for easier payment management
* The ability to view your billing history and make payments online 24/7
* The ability to set up automatic payments
Our banking and contact details will remain the same. If your organization has a tax-exempt form for your specific industry or state, please submit that to "taxforms[@]excelmicro.com" referencing your organization.
To help you get prepared, please review some general instructions on what to expect when using the new platform via our Welcome to Bill Management page.
- Invoices will still come from "billing[@]excelmicro.com"
- Responses to tickets you opened will also come from "billing[@]excelmicro.com"
- Welcome email from the New Billing Portal and password resets will come from "billmanagement[@]ziffdavis.com" or "opcns-bounces-us2_ww[@]oracle.com" or "eibx.fa.sender[@]workflow.email.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com"
