[Resolved] VIPRE Email Security: Inbound Email Delays – North America - February 25th 2026

Resolved:

The issue affecting inbound email delivery and message log reporting for customers in North America has been fully resolved.

Customers experienced delays in receiving inbound email and encountered errors in message log reporting due to an issue that temporarily paused inbound mail processing.

Outbound mail flow was not affected.

The issue has been identified and corrected. Inbound mail processing has resumed, and all queued messages have been successfully delivered.

All systems are operating normally at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
