When do I use a Training Assignment Reminder?

Answer

A reminder notification is sent on a predefined date to those users who have not completed the training assignment.  You are able to set up multiple reminders for each assignment.

• Must be approved to be selected during the assignment creation workflow.
• You can choose to not send a reminder notification, always send the active notification, or select one from the list of approved notifications when creating an assignment.

All reminders go out at one time. If it there is a large batch, it may take a little extra time to send all the notifications.
