When is the Training Assignment Completion Notification used?

Answer

The Training Assignment Completion notification is sent within 24 hours after a user completes an assignment (assuming the notification has been enabled).  This notifies a user that they have completed the assigned training. We recommend that all notifications be enabled prior to assignment creation.

• Enabled after the assignment date has passed, and the assignment date is then extended, if any user completes the assignment at that time, the user will receive the assignment completion email
• All users who have not already been sent the completion email, will receive one even if they completed the assignment prior to the notification being enabled for the given assignment
• Will be sent to users who also complete auto-enrollment assignments
