What are notifications used for and what are the different categories of notifications?

Answer

Emails may be sent from the Platform to your end users alerting them of training assignments and aiding them with gaining access to the Platform. In this section you will learn of the different types of notifications. Default sample templates are provided which you may duplicate or edit. You may also create new ones and save multiple in your library, however only one template in each notification category may be active at a time.

There are four notification categories that may be enabled.

1. Training New Assignment Notification
2. Training New Assignment Notification (Phish Auto-Enrollment)
3. Training Assignment Completion Notification
4. Training Assignment Reminder Notification
