What is the Training New Assignment (Phish Auto-Enrollment) template used for?

Answer

The Training New Assignment Notification (Phish Auto-Enrollment) is sent out when a user falls for a simulated phishing attack.  We suggest enabling notifications prior to Phishing Campaign creation.

• Sent out within 24 hours of the user failing the simulated phish
• Sent to users who have been Auto-Enrolled in training
• Sent ONLY if Auto-Enroll feature is enabled
• Assigned modules are defined during the Phishing Simulation campaign creation process
• Can only auto-enroll into Training Modules that are licensed on your account
• This event URL expires 30 days after assignment end date if using Ticket Based Authentication
