How do I remove a user from an active Scheduled Training Assignment?
Answer
- Under Tools, click Security Awareness, followed by Launch Platform
- The Security Awareness console opens.
- Navigate to Training > Training Assignments
- Click on name of assignment
- Select Edit Assignment > Users
- Chose the check box(es) next to email address(es) to be removed from the assignment
- Click Remove from Assignment
- Select Submit

Important!
- If an assignment is past its grace period, extend the end date to remove users from the assignment
- Attempting to make changes to an expired assignment will give an error, You cannot make changes to an assignment with a due date in the past
- If you edit the due date for the assignment and make it a future date you will not be able to revert to the past date
- You can not set a date that is in the past
- If you need to remove a user from an expired assignment a possible work around would be to archive the user but this will remove the user from ALL assignments
- You then could add them back to the platform
