I ran a campaign and the results of that campaign do not show the user's name it only shows first and last. Why?

Answer

The reason that you are not seeing user information in the Campaign Results is because the campaigns were run with the option to anonymize or obfuscate user data results. When you opt to anonymize the data, all Personal Identifiable Information will not show  in the report, hence the reason you are only seeing the labels - first name and last name.
